Fleet Manager

About the role

The Fleet Manager will lead the technical service team responsible for maintaining and servicing heavy equipment used in public works, mining, quarries and transport. You will ensure equipment reliability, compliance with safety standards and fulfillment of customer service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and assign technical service activities to optimise resource use and meet contractual obligations.
• Ensure HSE standards are applied, conduct risk analyses, safety briefings and enforce PPE usage.
• Develop, evaluate and update service procedures, monitor costs and performance to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Estimate resources for installations, upgrades and other technical services, prepare work orders and track progress.

Required profile

• Mechanical or electro‑mechanical engineering diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, including people management.
• Proven experience with Komatsu KLTD machines (PC500, PC950, D155, HM400, GD705, WB93R).
• Knowledge of Komatsu EQP Care and SMAP systems.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
