French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
