Global People Services Specialist – HR Operations

About the role

PATH is seeking a Global People Services Specialist to ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑quality HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role acts as a key enabler for the People function, delivering efficient service, maintaining data integrity, and providing a seamless experience for employees and managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end HR processes including hiring, onboarding, job changes, reductions in force, and exits.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, amendments, and letters.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and support new hires, managers, and country teams.
• Manage off‑boarding, exit communications, and documentation.
• Provide employment verification and standard HR documentation on request.
• Handle HR inquiries via a ticketing system, offering Tier 1 support and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Workday and support reporting with clean datasets.
• Track service‑delivery metrics and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Support compliance initiatives, audit preparation, and risk escalation.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Safeguarding teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and employment documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and cross‑functional partners.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
