Head of Human Resources, Supply Chain (French Speaking)

About the role

The Head of Human Resources for the Supply Chain business unit will drive the people agenda across multiple locations, aligning workforce strategy with business priorities. This senior position requires fluency in French and the ability to deliver integrated HR solutions that support growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate overall HR strategy into actionable business‑unit plans and influence senior leadership.
• Lead talent attraction, onboarding, succession planning and retention for critical roles.
• Build leadership pipelines and develop future‑fit capabilities.
• Drive performance management, coaching, calibration and reward in line with defined frameworks.
• Lead organisational design, change initiatives and scalable transformation projects.
• Embed an inclusive, values‑driven culture and enhance employee experience.
• Oversee complex employee‑relations matters, ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Utilise people analytics and HR technology to improve decision‑making and service delivery.
• Partner with business leaders, Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to achieve measurable impact.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing HR teams and collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations.
