HR Operations & HRMS Officer

About the role

The HR Operations & HRMS Officer will manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and efficient service delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for HR system administration, payroll coordination, analytics and employee support for both local and expatriate staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee master data across HRMS platforms (Oracle, SAP HCM, Adrenalin MAX or equivalent) and perform regular data audits.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract amendments and off‑boarding, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
• Validate and submit monthly payroll inputs, verify overtime, allowances and medical refunds, and assist with payroll reconciliation.
• Generate HR dashboards, monthly reports and workforce analytics (headcount, turnover, leave) for internal and external audits.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with legal, regulatory and company standards, and support audit and data‑privacy activities.
• Provide timely HR operational support to local and expatriate employees, escalating complex issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HRMS administration or HR services.
• Proven experience with ERP/HRMS platforms such as Oracle, SAP HCM or Adrenalin MAX.
