Manager – Digital Financial Services & Payments

About the role

The Manager – Digital Financial Services & Payments will lead the development, growth and performance of FINCA DRC's digital financial services and payment portfolio. This role blends product management, business development, digital innovation and ecosystem development to deliver customer‑centric financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategy for digital and mobile financial services, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Design, launch and optimise mobile banking, digital accounts, transfers, payments, savings and digital lending solutions.
• Drive the digital payments and cards strategy, expanding card, POS/TPE, QR and mobile payment offerings.
• Grow the merchant network through onboarding, engagement and portfolio expansion.
• Define business and financial targets, monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure revenue and profitability.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with MNOs, fintechs, banks, payment schemes and technology providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and embed risk considerations across all products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, banking, business administration, economics, marketing, IT, digital business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance, fintech, mobile money or digital payments, with proven product and project management expertise.
