About the role

Technology Workforce Solutions is seeking a professional masseuse to join its on‑site wellness team in Kinshasa. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering high‑quality relaxation, therapeutic, and sports massages while ensuring client comfort and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massages (relaxation, therapeutic, sports) according to established protocols.
• Welcome clients, listen to their needs, provide advice and maintain a confidential environment.
• Prepare and maintain the treatment space, ensuring strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage appointment schedules and keep accurate client records.
• Participate in team meetings and support promotional activities for wellness services.

Required profile

• Professional training in massage with proven mastery of relaxation, therapeutic and sports techniques.
• Strong client‑relationship skills, attentive listening and the ability to build trust.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology and injury‑prevention principles.
• Strict adherence to hygiene, disinfection and safety protocols.
• Punctual, organized, able to work effectively in a structured team environment.
