Medical Equipment Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Medical Equipment Sales Representative to pioneer our entry into the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) market. You will help healthcare facilities obtain affordable medical equipment while building a strong network of clients across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers in the DRC.
• Present and demonstrate medical equipment solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth order processing.
• Navigate local regulatory and logistical requirements to facilitate successful deliveries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical or technical equipment.
• Good understanding of the DRC healthcare landscape and its procurement processes.
• Fluent French language skills (both written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/field environment.
