Operations Assistant – OTT Platform & Digital Asset Management

About the role

Health News Network (HNN) is looking for a highly organized Operations Assistant to support the daily management of its OTT streaming platform and digital ecosystem. The role focuses on content upload, metadata accuracy, and digital asset organization, ensuring a seamless viewer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and manage video content in the TVStartup CMS, including titles, descriptions, metadata, and thumbnails.
• Assign genres, release years, advisory ratings, and add cast/crew information.
• Import media from YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, and local sources; create and maintain VOD categories.
• Assist with OTT channel setup, tenant creation, and live‑stream configuration using OBS and RTMP.
• Organize and maintain Google Drive folders, enforce naming conventions, and manage version control for branding and video assets.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures, support hourly and end‑of‑day reporting, and identify process improvements.
