Operations Manager

About the role

WASSHA DRC is a solar‑energy provider serving communities with unstable electricity. We are looking for an Operations Manager to design, implement and monitor business operations that maximise profit, drive sales and control costs while building high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve operational processes to execute company strategy and meet business targets.
• Develop and grow the initial customer base and maintain a pipeline of product improvements.
• Plan and adjust sales and expense targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and supervise Team Leaders, Marketing Representatives, Call‑Center agents and Supply‑Chain staff.
• Resolve customer and agent issues through coordination with team members and direct interaction when needed.
• Recruit, train, allocate and, when necessary, terminate staff to ensure optimal team composition.
• Collaborate with Accounting, SCM, Administration and HR to ensure efficient operations.

Required profile

• Motivated, results‑oriented professional with strong leadership abilities.
• Experience in employee training and team management.
• Ability to analyse financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proactive communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (Google Spreadsheet).
• Strong PC and general computer skills.
