Operations Training Regional Lead

About the role

The Operations Training Regional Lead will drive strategic planning and supervision of all training activities as Wave expands into the DRC. You will set the foundation for the country’s training objectives and ensure high‑quality support for the Agent Network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify opportunities to improve operational execution.
• Determine training requirements, review strategies, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Lead translation of training materials into English and French and assist with vocal and video recordings.
• Plan, deliver, and facilitate individual and group training sessions, both onsite and remotely.
• Coordinate regional rollouts in liaison with regional and territory leads.
• Manage training administration, monitor communication channels, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Transition agents from face‑to‑face to digital training and ensure quality assurance.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, English, and local languages.
• At least 5 years of experience managing training or an agent network.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize multiple projects, and work independently.
• Comfortable working in the field and interacting regularly with agents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital training tools such as Google Sheets.
• Experience using Slack for content delivery and administration.
