About the role

Stride, a family‑owned multi‑disciplinary clinic, is seeking a friendly and organized Physiotherapy Assistant to join its front‑desk and patient‑support team. You will work in a modern, growing environment alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals, helping to deliver comprehensive care to the community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide assistance upon arrival.
• Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain the booking system.
• Process direct insurance billing and handle payments.
• Support physiotherapists with patient‑care tasks as needed.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness through daily upkeep.

Required profile

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Availability for Monday‑to‑Friday shifts, including mornings, days, and evenings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google services (Docs, Calendar, etc.).
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
