Project Architect – Kiswishi City

About the role

The Project Architect will lead the architectural design and documentation for Kiswishi City, a master‑planned mixed‑use development on the outskirts of Lubumbashi. You will ensure design quality, compliance with local regulations, and seamless coordination between Rendeavour management and plot owners.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality 3D renders, walkthroughs and BIM models for design reviews and client presentations.
• Manage the review and approval process for all architectural material submittals, samples and mock‑ups.
• Act as the primary technical interface between Kiswishi Management and plot owners.
• Lead detailed technical reviews of plot owners' drawings to verify full compliance with design guidelines.
• Monitor construction activities on Kiswishi plots to ensure strict adherence to approved designs.
• Assist and oversee the building‑permit process for accepted designs.
• Maintain the architectural design integrity throughout pre‑construction and construction phases.
• Keep an up‑to‑date register of drawings, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs and material submittals.

Required profile

• Architectural background with experience on large‑scale mixed‑use or industrial developments.
• Proven ability to act as technical liaison between management teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing architectural drawings for compliance with design guidelines and local codes.
