Project Manager - French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Technical Project Manager to lead a variety of IT projects. Reporting to the Project Management Office, you will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from ideation through post‑production support.
• Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Write requirement specifications using standard templates and tools.
• Decompose high‑level business needs into detailed use cases, user stories, business rules, and functional/non‑functional requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, verification, and prioritization.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, draft test plans, and ensure test data availability.
• Participate in testing, quality assurance, and post‑project support.
• Collaborate with developers and subject‑matter experts to align technical vision with usability and performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management or technical roles.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• BS/BA required; PMP or CBAP certification preferred.
• Proven ability to build executive‑level relationships and facilitate collaboration.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Experience with data mapping, gap analysis, and system analysis.
• Strong personal time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
