QHSE Manager

About the role

The QHSE Manager is responsible for implementing, monitoring and continuously improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering quality, health, safety, environment and business continuity standards. You will work closely with department heads, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301).
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Generate, analyse and report IMS performance metrics to senior management.
• Coordinate training needs and deliver in‑house QHSE training.
• Plan, conduct and follow‑up internal audits, including pop‑up audits.
• Drive initiatives to reduce water consumption, waste and improve environmental awareness.
• Inspect engineering sites, investigate incidents and support continual improvement.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor audit programmes.
• Maintain IMS documentation, records and control their lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QHSE management within an industrial or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards related to quality, environment, occupational health & safety and business continuity.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external partners.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
