Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

VillageReach is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its People team and support the organization’s global growth. This remote position will work closely with hiring managers across multiple African offices to attract and secure high‑quality talent that aligns with the organization’s mission of expanding equitable health care.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Manager and hiring leaders to manage full‑cycle recruitment for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop, refine, and update job descriptions and advise managers on optimal sourcing strategies.
• Publish job advertisements on diverse job boards, social networks, and recruitment platforms.
• Apply HR recruiting best practices, leveraging multiple sourcing channels and innovative techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate screening, interview coordination, assessments, and background checks.

Required profile

• Proven experience attracting, selecting, and matching talent in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong understanding of industry recruitment standards and DEIB principles.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote environment.
• Eligibility to work in one of VillageReach’s staffed locations (DRC, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania).
