Senior Analyst – Partner Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Partner Management to oversee financial compliance and support our partners worldwide. The role ensures accurate reporting, audit readiness, and capacity building for partners delivering programmes for vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and review financial reports from partners and consortium members to ensure accuracy, transparency and accountability.
• Monitor sub‑grantee compliance with donor regulations, internal policies and sub‑agreement terms.
• Provide structured feedback on partner financial reports and conduct site visits to validate figures.
• Prepare audit‑ready documentation and support both internal and external audit processes.
• Lead due‑diligence, vetting and capacity‑building activities for existing and new partners.
• Design and deliver financial management training workshops and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison, guiding partners on reporting timelines and donor requirements.
• Facilitate financial onboarding of new partners, including Blocked Party Screening.
• Collaborate with program and grant teams during proposal development to embed financial compliance.
• Assist partners in budgeting, forecasting and developing partner scorecards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial oversight, audit support and partner compliance within an international or NGO setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering training and maintaining ongoing partner relationships.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and partner assessments.
• Knowledge of donor regulations and grant reporting standards.
