Senior PSEA Associate

About the role

The Senior PSEA Associate will support the International Organization for Migration’s strategic approach to prevent and respond to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) across its global operations. Working under the guidance of the PSEA Officer, the incumbent will help embed a zero‑tolerance culture, strengthen accountability mechanisms, and ensure effective victim assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of PSEA policies, procedures and training programmes.
• Coordinate the rollout of PSEA trainings and awareness activities for staff, partners and contractors.
• Support the operation of the misconduct reporting platform and follow‑up on reported cases.
• Provide technical input to inter‑agency PSEA initiatives and contribute to joint working groups.
• Facilitate the collection and analysis of PSEA data to inform organisational learning.
• Collaborate with country offices to ensure local adaptation of PSEA measures.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in International Relations, Human Rights, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in protection, PSEA, or related humanitarian contexts.
• Strong knowledge of UN, IASC and IOM PSEA frameworks and standards.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, multi‑stakeholder environments.
