Territory Channel Manager

About the role

The Territory Channel Manager (TCM) represents Kaspersky Lab to partners and distributors within an assigned territory. The role focuses on expanding market presence, driving renewals, and generating new business through effective channel collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with managed partners, distributors, and unmanaged breadth channels to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain renewal rate targets and execute joint business planning with partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business‑related inquiries from partners and distributors.
• Align channel strategy with regional sales and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Kaspersky Lab channel rules and business policies.
• Drive new‑business acquisition, partner recruitment, enablement, and growth.
• Promote use of partner program features such as deal registrations, incentives, rebates, and lead transfers.
• Oversee enterprise and SI partner pipelines, negotiate resource allocation, and enable technical pre‑sales staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in partner or channel management, sales, or business development.
• Background in cybersecurity or IT software is mandatory.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Proven track record of achieving quota.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
