Territory Channel Manager

About the role

The Territory Channel Manager (TCM) represents Kaspersky Lab to partners and distributors within an assigned territory. The role focuses on expanding market share, ensuring renewal rates, and driving new business through effective partner collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with managed partners, distributors, and unmanaged breadth channels to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain renewal rate targets and execute joint business planning with partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business‑related queries from partners and align channel strategy with regional sales goals.
• Drive new customer acquisition, partner recruitment, enablement, and growth initiatives.
• Promote use of partner program features such as deal registrations, incentives, rebates, and lead transfers.
• Oversee enterprise and SI partner performance, pipeline management, and proof‑of‑concept resources.
• Collaborate with regional marketing on partner participation in Kaspersky Lab campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in partner or channel management, sales, or business development.
• Background in cybersecurity or IT software is mandatory.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Proven track record of achieving quota.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
