About the role

We are looking for an Adviser’s Assistant to provide evidence‑based investment advice to families, farmers and professionals across regional Australia. In this role you will help clients make informed financial decisions while building long‑term relationships based on clear communication and practical portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, evidence‑based investment recommendations to a diverse client base.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with families, agricultural businesses and professional clients.
• Assist in systematic portfolio construction, monitoring and reporting.
• Communicate complex financial concepts in straightforward language that aligns with clients’ lifestyles and work patterns.

• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and support a regional client network.
