Aftermarket Manager

About the role

The Aftermarket Manager will lead BIA’s service operations, ensuring efficient, profitable, and customer‑focused delivery across workshops, CRCs, mining sites, and field operations. The role works closely with all BIA entities to define and implement standards for infrastructure, processes, tooling, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enhance state‑of‑the‑art workshop guidelines and coordinate their implementation.
• Set up workshop infrastructure to meet OEM, customer, and BIA requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service operations, sharing technical know‑how across entities.
• Support 5S implementation and lead contamination‑control standards.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Define, standardize, and implement service KPIs and a toolbox dashboard aligned with local targets.
• Lead tooling management, standardization, calibration, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate technical training programs with BIA’s Training Centre.
• Maintain partnership conformity standards (MAN, KRCC, PPP, ISO) and update Dealer Operating Standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in aftermarket management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in heavy equipment or construction industry; Komatsu experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
