AI Video Creator

About the role

We are seeking an AI Video Creator to shape how Base360 appears on video across all channels. You will turn our product into launch videos, ads and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion. This hands‑on role blends storytelling, motion design and the latest AI generation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, paid ads, social platforms and brand films.
• Use AI generation tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.) for video, voice, image and music creation.
• Animate and edit product demos, kinetic typography and motion graphics with slick transitions.
• Own projects from concept pitch through production to final export, delivering formats for TikTok/Reels, paid social and website hero videos.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all video assets and iterate quickly based on performance data.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluent with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the cutting edge.
• Strong visual taste and ability to judge premium versus cheap aesthetics.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving and capable of delivering great results without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and keep them engaged.
