Artificial Lift Field Specialist

About the role

The Artificial Lift Field Specialist ensures safe, efficient and reliable delivery of products and services to customers. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, implementing standard work, and managing risk throughout service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare artificial lift equipment and tools and participate in pre‑job readiness activities such as CWOP, site visits and job briefs.
• Supervise field installation of artificial lift equipment and oversee setup and commissioning of variable speed drives (VSD).
• Troubleshoot and repair surface equipment while accurately capturing field data to meet job deliverables.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to team members and take part in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT implementation, self‑assessments and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in service quality reviews with stakeholders and drive performance improvements via action plans.
• Observe HSE policies, quality initiatives and maintain required safety and technical training.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a technical, engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in artificial lift operations, including field installations, commissioning and troubleshooting of ESPs, ESPCPs, HPS and VSDs.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative technical solutions and support to customers.
• Strong teamwork, communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
