Assistant Educator

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Educator to act as the Centre’s Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a safe, nurturing, child‑centric environment. This role combines leadership with hands‑on involvement in delivering high‑quality early childhood programs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily centre activities, maintaining health and safety standards.
• Lead and support a team of educators to implement curriculum and enrichment programs.
• Monitor child development and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with families and the community.
• Manage resources, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to centre operations.

Required profile

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) credential.
• Minimum three (3) years experience working in a child‑care centre.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
