Assistant Evidences et Impact (M&E)

About the role

The Assistant Evidences et Impact (M&E) will support the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (RME) team in generating high‑quality evidence to inform MSI’s reproductive health programmes in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Reporting to the Manager of Information Systems, the role is based in Tshopo and contributes to the Impact Enforce team’s mission of scaling evidence‑based interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain routine data systems and ensure data quality for service delivery channels.
• Assist programme managers and decision‑makers in using routine data to generate insights and improve performance.
• Design, implement and oversee operational and formative research studies.
• Ensure all analyses and studies are ethically sound, methodologically robust and strategically aligned.
• Disseminate research findings effectively to support programme improvement.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in a research or monitoring and evaluation position.
• Relevant academic background in public health, social sciences, statistics or a related field.
• Experience working in health or reproductive health programmes is preferred.
• Ability to work in the DRC context and collaborate with multiple departments.
