About the role
As an Assistant Project Manager (Facilities Coordinator) at CBRE, you will support the Facilities Management team by handling work orders, coordinating with landlords, tenants and service providers, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of assigned assets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants and service providers to implement procedures, policies and reporting formats.
- Acknowledge client inquiries, collect and process work orders.
- Gather performance and progress reports to monitor project status.
- File work orders, proposals, departmental documents and vendor paperwork.
- Monitor external activities such as waste disposal and recycling compliance.
- Follow instructions, draft short correspondence and memos, and seek clarification when needed.
- Respond to routine inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and supervisors.
- Apply existing procedures to resolve straightforward issues under close supervision.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Strong organizational abilities and an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts and markups.
