Branding Coordinator

About the role

Wave is building a cashless Africa and needs a Branding Coordinator to oversee agent network branding across the Democratic Republic of Congo. You will ensure agents have consistent, high‑quality visual materials while supporting rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and install branding materials for agents, improving visual standards for normal, premium, and master agents.
• Identify cost‑efficient production and installation partners and recommend new channels.
• Track agent network visibility and branding quality in collaboration with branding partners, field sales, and network management.
• Manage inventory of marketing supplies, receive stock from vendors, dispatch to agents, and prevent stock‑outs.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in brand coordination, brand marketing or marketing coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication, creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Project management experience with solid understanding of project management principles.
• Experience executing branding campaigns in a marketing agency, telecom, payment service provider, FMCG or financial institution.
