Certified CompTIA A+ Trainer (Kinshasa)

About the role

Likabatech is seeking a certified CompTIA A+ trainer to join its on‑site team in Kinshasa. The trainer will design and deliver both theoretical and hands‑on CompTIA A+ courses for learners preparing for certification, ensuring high pass rates and practical competence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and adapt lesson plans and training materials aligned with current CompTIA A+ exam objectives.
• Set up and maintain lab environments for hands‑on practice.
• Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, quizzes, labs, and mock exams.
• Assess learner progress, provide individualized feedback, and adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to keep course content up‑to‑date with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Valid CompTIA A+ certification.
• Proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or curriculum development.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, classroom logistics, and learner records.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kinshasa and engage with a diverse group of learners.
• Relevant degree or diploma in IT, computer science, or a related field is an asset.
