Coordinateur Finances - RDC

About the role

INTERSOS, a non‑governmental humanitarian organization, is seeking a Finance Coordinator for its operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Based in Goma and working on field bases, the role starts on 1 September 2026 and is contracted for nine months.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee financial activities for the mission in accordance with INTERSOS policies and humanitarian standards.
• Report to the Mission Chief and maintain functional supervision with the Regional Finance Coordinator.
• Ensure proper financial documentation, budgeting, and compliance with donor requirements.
• Support the finance team in the field bases and act as the primary point of contact for finance‑related matters.

Required profile

• Experience in finance coordination, preferably within humanitarian or NGO settings.
• Ability to work on‑site in Goma and travel to mission bases as needed.
• Strong commitment to INTERSOS values of solidarity, justice, and respect for vulnerable groups.
