About the role

The EHA Coordinator will lead Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) activities for Solidarités International in Goma, DRC. This 12‑month fixed‑term position starts on 15 July 2026 and supports the organization’s mission to provide safe water, sanitation and hygiene services to vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor WASH programmes in line with humanitarian standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities, partners and community groups to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage budgets, procurements and logistical arrangements for WASH interventions.
• Supervise and mentor national staff and volunteers working on water and hygiene projects.
• Prepare regular reports, data analyses and impact assessments for donors and senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Water Engineering, Public Health, Environmental Sciences).
• Minimum 3 years experience in WASH programming within humanitarian contexts.
• Fluency in French and working knowledge of English.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and travel within the region.
