About the role

We are seeking an Energy PMO Manager to provide program governance and execution support for the roll‑out of Spiro's energy infrastructure across the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role will ensure that project plans, budgets and risks are tightly managed while supporting senior leadership with timely updates.

Key responsibilities

Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, risk registers and action trackers.
Coordinate reporting and governance routines across technical teams, vendors and country stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manage dependencies and drive issue resolution.
Support capital tracking, documentation, change control processes and leadership communications.

Required profile

5–8 years of project or program management experience.
Experience in energy, utilities, telecom or infrastructure projects preferred.
PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
