Field Operations Stock Point Officer

About the role

The Field Operations Stock Point Officer will manage warehouse activities at the county level, ensuring efficient inventory flow, last‑mile delivery, and after‑sales support. The role contributes directly to operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and planning for the county, setting up and controlling stock points.
• Oversee inbound logistics, receive stock, and coordinate countywide distribution and last‑mile delivery.
• Ensure compliance with carbon registration data requirements at the warehouse.
• Collect damaged stoves, manage repairs or replacements, and deliver repaired units to customers.
• Manage warehouse assets, including license renewals and rental agreements.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the Field Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker.
• Diploma in supply chain management or a related field.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
