Financial Structuring, Modeling and Investment Mobilization Expert

About the role

Palladium is seeking an experienced Financial Structuring, Modeling and Investment Mobilization Expert to support the Compact Delivery and Monitoring Unit (CDMU) in Kinshasa, DRC. The consultant will work on designing financial structures, building robust models, and mobilizing investment for energy and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for project financing and investment analysis.
• Design financial structures that align with stakeholder objectives and risk profiles.
• Identify, engage, and secure investment partners, donors, and private financiers.
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and technical reports for the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet and the DRC government.
• Monitor financial performance and provide ongoing advisory support throughout project implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in financial structuring, modeling, and investment mobilization, preferably in energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale financing transactions in emerging markets.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written communication in English; French is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently on a full‑time basis for up to 220 days per year.
