Head of Sourcing

About the role

The Head of Sourcing will lead all sourcing and procurement activities for DRC operations, ensuring a reliable supply chain, competitive pricing, appropriate quality, and strong supplier performance. This senior position partners closely with manufacturing, energy, finance and operations teams to align supply with demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop category and sourcing strategies that match operational requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and onboard capable local and regional suppliers.
• Manage contracts, commercial terms, cost‑reduction initiatives and mitigate supply risks.
• Track supplier delivery, quality, responsiveness and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, energy, finance and operations on demand and material planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Background in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, energy or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Proven negotiation, supplier‑development and analytical abilities.
