Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead day‑to‑day HR activities for the KMTR concession, supporting operational needs across two jurisdictions. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures a productive, engaged and compliant workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to off‑boarding, ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management and employee benefits while maintaining accurate personnel records.
• Support managers on employee relations, disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
• Organise training and development programmes and oversee performance review processes.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism and recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, mining or multinational environments.
• Experience in Central Africa, especially DRC or Zambia, with solid knowledge of local labour legislation.
