Interior Design Office Assistant (Clerical)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Interior Design Office Assistant to support our lead designers and keep daily office operations running smoothly. This role blends clerical duties with design‑related support, ensuring the studio runs efficiently while contributing to creative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with office operations and procedures, maintaining client and designer files.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate project needs.
• Support lead designers in concept development, sourcing, and proposal preparation.
• Help with sales, invoicing, quoting, and contract administration.
• Manage ordering, order tracking, and project installation tracking.
• Track project hours, maintain the office calendar, and replenish supplies.
• Curate the sample library, organize the fabric gallery, and assist with design presentation packages.
