IT Administrator & Front Desk Executive – School (Lubumbashi)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage the school’s IT infrastructure while also handling front‑desk responsibilities. The role combines technical administration with daily reception duties in a reputable IB school in Lubumbashi.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all IT hardware and software systems used by the school.
• Provide first‑line support to staff and students for technical issues.
• Manage network connectivity, servers, and peripheral devices.
• Oversee front‑desk operations, greet visitors, and handle phone and email communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in an educational environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

What we offer

• Salary range USD 12,600 – 15,750 per month.
• Accommodation provided for out‑station candidates.
• Transportation to and from the school and weekly grocery‑shopping transport.
• Working hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Two‑stage interview via Microsoft Teams and background verification.
