Logistic Officer – Perennial Malaria Chemoprevention

About the role

PATH is seeking a Logistic Officer to support a pilot implementation of Perennial Malaria Chemoprevention in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role will focus on procurement, supply chain, office, fleet and warehousing management for the project, working closely with project administrators and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare procurement documentation and payment dossiers in line with PATH policies.
• Manage office space, cleaning, inventories, assets and ensure proper maintenance.
• Control project vehicles, fuel usage and maintain compliance logs.
• Coordinate safe transport of pharmaceuticals from Kisantu to health zones and facilities.
• Oversee warehousing, monthly physical inventories and loss reporting.
• Maintain and update asset lists and documentation for supply chain partners.

Required profile

• Background or strong interest in global health.
• Highly motivated, hard‑working with exceptional organizational abilities.
