About the role

Chishiki Technologies is seeking a full‑time Logistics Analyst to join its team in Kinshasa. The role focuses on managing inventory, analyzing supply‑chain performance, and optimizing logistics processes to ensure reliable operations and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Analyze supply‑chain performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance operational workflows.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the supply chain.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience tracking and managing KPIs for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in inventory control and inventory management practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Familiarity with logistics software and supply‑chain systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
