Medical Science Liaison (DRC)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) acts as a scientific bridge between healthcare professionals and the client company, delivering accurate medical information and supporting the medical strategy for the assigned therapeutic area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific and medical information to HCPs in line with company guidance and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the therapeutic area.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, share customer insights internally, and support field‑based medical projects and non‑interventional studies.
• Deliver live and virtual scientific presentations, ensure patient‑centred communication, and support investigator‑sponsored research processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy with 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of industry codes, policies and local regulations.
• Ability to adopt digital platforms for recording medical interactions.
