Officer - Sourcing & Contracting

About the role

We are seeking an Officer – Sourcing & Contracting to support our procurement team in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives and managing supplier contracts. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and the Legal Department to ensure effective sourcing, negotiation and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and category management plans.
• Conduct spend analysis, cost benchmarking and supplier market research to inform sourcing decisions.
• Prepare and manage tender processes using SAP and Ariba procurement platforms.
• Negotiate commercial, technical and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and recommend sourcing options based on cost, capability and risk.
• Draft, review and administer contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes.
