Operations Manager H/F

About the role

The Operations Manager will be based in Goma, supporting the Area Manager and working closely with the technical logistics platform reference. The role ensures that the logistics platform complies with its mandate and that project proposals approved by donors are fully understood and implemented by all teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily activities of the logistics platform in North Kivu.
• Guarantee compliance with the platform’s mandate and donor‑approved project plans.
• Coordinate with the Programme Logistics Manager in Kinshasa and reinforce the logistical structure of the zone.
• Oversee the implementation of monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Facilitate communication between operational teams and technical logistics staff.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics coordination within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong understanding of donor‑funded project requirements.
• Ability to work in a high‑intensity environment and support the opening of new sub‑bases.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
