Part‑Time Testing Agent (Telecom Services)

About the role

The Testing Agent will support VOX’s delivery of high‑quality telecom services by executing both manual and automated test scenarios across voice, messaging and data platforms. Working part‑time, you will help identify service issues, validate routing and connectivity, and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SMS and voice penetration test plans to detect A2P leakage and illegal traffic termination.
• Identify content manipulation, report findings and trigger blocking actions.
• Research subscriber behavior and document how A2P traffic is delivered from major OTT providers.
• Maintain a record of top OTTs and their authentication methods.
• Prepare detailed testing reports and documentation.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Analyze results to measure the efficiency of filtering solutions.
• Collaborate with the Monetization team to implement testing strategies.
• Contribute automation ideas, help implement and maintain automated test suites.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging testing tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum English proficiency at level A2.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross‑functional team.
• Interest in telecom services, security and compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with manual and automated testing of SMS and voice services.
• Familiarity with penetration testing concepts and telecom traffic analysis.
