Procurement & Logistics Manager

About the role

ADRA DRC is launching a five‑year USAID‑funded Resilience Food Security Activity in Kasai, DRC. Reporting to the Chief of Party, the Procurement & Logistics Manager will oversee all program operations and logistics (excluding commodity procurement) to ensure timely delivery of quality equipment, supplies and services for field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day logistics and procurement processes in line with USAID regulations and ADRA policies.
• Collaborate with the Program Finance Lead to keep procurements within budget and monitor financial compliance.
• Identify resource needs across program teams and coordinate timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Lead and develop the procurement and logistics staff, fostering a results‑driven, data‑informed culture.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting tools for all procurement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, procurement, logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of management experience in project implementation, logistics and procurement, preferably in DRC or other French‑speaking contexts.
• At least five years of experience in international development.
• Strong understanding of donor acquisition regulations and procedures.
• Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).

• Experience with automated purchasing systems.
• Proven database management and records‑keeping abilities.
