Product Manager, Core Consumer Solutions

About the role

Visa is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its Core Consumer Card payment products in the Democratic Republic of Congo. You will shape product strategy, create compelling value propositions, and ensure alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the strategy for Visa’s Core Consumer product platforms, identifying new opportunities, features, and enhancements.
• Design and manage use‑case based value propositions that differentiate Visa’s offerings and meet target customer needs.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify emerging threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product owners, finance, pricing, marketing, solutions delivery, and business development—to launch and support card payment products.
• Monitor product performance against key metrics, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, working closely with compliance and risk teams.
