Regulatory Specialist

About the role
The Regulatory Specialist supports the Regulatory Division by ensuring all regulatory obligations are tracked, met, and documented with precision. Working closely with the Head of Regulatory, you will safeguard the company against missed deadlines and incomplete submissions while maintaining full visibility over compliance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive register of licences, laws, directives and regulatory commitments.
- Monitor deadlines, issue reminders, and escalate overdue items to relevant departments.
- Prepare, format and submit regulatory filings, reports and formal correspondence.
- Organise internal and external meetings with regulators, prepare agendas, briefing packs and post‑meeting action items.
- Produce periodic compliance status reports and maintain a master calendar of reporting dates, licence renewals and consultation periods.
- Manage incoming and outgoing regulatory letters, track acknowledgements and approvals.
- Maintain a centralized, version‑controlled repository of submissions, licences, approvals and meeting minutes.
- Support Regulatory Managers in data consolidation and submission preparation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance or legal administration.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to operate under pressure, communicate effectively and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in telecommunications or another regulated sector is a plus.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
