Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. In this position you will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely assistance in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a computer with at least an i5 processor.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
