About the role
The Senior Accountant – Reporting will oversee daily finance operations for M-Pesa Finance, ensuring robust financial controls and coordinating operational finance activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise finance operational activities and staff.
- Monitor daily reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls.
- Coordinate issue resolution across finance operations.
- Support process automation and system enhancements.
- Monitor operational risks and manage escalations.
- Assist audit and compliance activities.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in fintech or telecom preferred.
