Senior Officer: Systems

About the role

The Senior Officer: Systems will lead the design, integration and optimisation of HR‑related technology platforms at Kamoa Copper Mine. You will create employee business intelligence dashboards, supervise technical staff and ensure seamless post‑implementation support for all end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and deployment of system designs across HR sub‑systems.
• Integrate and optimise multiple platforms, ensuring compatibility and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide actionable employee intelligence.
• Supervise technical staff and provide ongoing support during post‑implementation phases.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for HR data and employee intelligence.
• Maintain HR Manning and Recruitment systems and ensure continuous system upkeep.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, monitor costs, and support transformation initiatives.
• Integrate HSEQ considerations into all system processes and deliver regular reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Systems Analysis or Human Resources.
• Certification in Database Administration (advantageous).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business process mapping and HR/IT integration projects.
• Fluent business English; French and Swahili are highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
